The Speed Series of machines are designed for duplicating typical automotive, residential and commercial keys including large bows or long blades like cruciform keys, flip keys and remote head keys.
Speed 040 Automatic or manual Operation is a dual operation machine. When in automatic mode, the spring loaded carriage applies a consistent cutting pressure. Manual mode is when more control is desired for specific duplication.
Features:
- Open styling of Speed 04X series machines allow for easy cleaning. Large bottom drawer swarf tray captures key shavings.
- 4 sided jaws clamps on virtually all edge cut and flat keys. 88.9mm spacing accommodates large bow and long blade keys.
- Cutter is TiN coated for long life and oxidation resistance.
- Nylon, soft-touch deburring brush bristles are perfect for finishing cuts.
- A depth tracer system with micro adjustment features precise calibrations.
- Operator safety features include Electro-magnetic "main" safety switch and a separate cutter motor switch. Belt/brush are covered in a transparent shield.
