The Xhorse remote comes with a built-in original NXP immobilizer transponder that emulates a myriad of chip types. It is made to be compatible with most VVDI devices such as the VVDI Key Tool , MINI Key Tool, Key Tool Max, Key Tool Plus and VVDI2. The specific XN series of remotes allow for wireless programming.
Bonus points, 40, are awarded for generating Xhorse wireless remotes which can be used for other functions such as cloning ID48, BGA password calculations or XM smart key generation.
Instructions
With the VVDI Key Tool, select "Product Remote" and choose the specific remote you want to generate. Hold the remote to the aerial portion of the tool during the generation process.
Install the appropriate blade for your intended use.
Program the remote to the vehicle in the same way as an OEM remote.
